Green Bond Fact Sheet

Ho Bee Land issued a GBP200m (USD256m) green bridging loan on 23-Aug-2018 to partially fund the acquisition of Ropemaker Place in London, a building with LEED Platinum pre-certification and BREEAM excellent certification. This transaction marks the first green loan from a Singapore issuer and contributes to a cumulative national issuance of USD887m. The issuer committed to annual reporting on GHG avoidance, energy and water savings, and certifications via its sustainability report.
