• The bond obtained certification under the Climate Bonds Standard for Solar, Wind, Marine Renewable Energy, and Low Carbon Buildings (Residential). The Green Bond Framework also allows for categories including geothermal energy, sustainable biomass, waste to energy, low carbon transport, waste management, recycling, water management, and sustainable land use.
• The deal was priced at 72bps over mid-swaps, attracting orders exceeding EUR 1.6 billion from 113 different institutional and professional investors.
