CIEL Statement on ExxonMobil's Request for Russian Sanctions Waiver

The Center for International Environmental Law (CIEL) criticizes ExxonMobil for requesting a waiver from US sanctions against Russia to proceed with a $500 billion joint venture with Rosneft for offshore drilling in the Black Sea and the Russian Arctic.
