After Doha, We Will Not Be Silenced

The Center for International Environmental Law (CIEL) criticizes the COP18 talks in Doha for a lack of political will and failed ambition, specifically noting that the 'Doha Climate Gateway' decisions did not include meaningful steps to protect human rights.
