A consent and power of attorney issued by the South African Department of Mineral Resources on June 19, 2020, authorizing the addition of magnetite to mining rights held by Mineral Sands Resources (Pty) Ltd and Tormin Mineral Sands (Pty) Ltd, and extending the mining area for Mineral Sands Resources (Pty) Ltd.

• The mining right area for Mineral Sands Resources (Pty) Ltd (right 10108MR) was extended to a total of 224.7932 hectares. This extension includes 43.7 hectares of the 10 northern beaches (the area between the high and low water marks adjacent to farms Graauwduinen 152, Remainder of Waterbak, and portions of Klipvley Karoo Kop 153) and 75 hectares of the strand line area on farm Geelwal Karoo 262, inland of the Tormin Mine.
• The Renewed Mining Rights (WC30/5/1/2/2/10108MR and WG 30/5/1/2/2/10107 MR) were issued for a 10-year period that ends on August 22, 2029.
