• The mining right only becomes effective once the Environmental Management Programme is approved, and mining activities must start within one year of that effective date.
• Before commencing mining operations, the company must obtain a Water License from the Department of Water Affairs and an Environmental Authorization from the Department of Environmental Affairs.
• Atha-Africa Ventures (Pty) Ltd is required to submit several documents to the Regional Office, including financial provision, a final mining work programme, a surveyor's diagram, and two copies of the Social and Labour Plan.
