NOTICE OF ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF A JUDGMENT

A legal notice filed on April 10, 2024, in which Richards Bay Gas Power 2 (Pty) Ltd abandons costs orders granted in its favour following two separate court rulings in the High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Division, Pretoria.

• Richards Bay Gas Power 2 (Pty) Ltd, the Third Respondent in Case No: 22046/2022, has formally abandoned the costs order granted in its favour regarding paragraph 2 of the orders in the Review Application delivered by Acting Judge Justice Cilliers on August 16, 2023.
• Richards Bay Gas Power 2 (Pty) Ltd has also abandoned the costs order granted in its favour regarding paragraph 2 of the orders in the Application for Leave to Appeal delivered by Acting Judge Justice Cilliers on February 8, 2024.
