This decision follows a petition submitted on 07 September 2018 and representations from the Groundwork Trust (the Appellant) and the Centre for Environmental Rights.
• The Minister determined that the issues raised by the Appellant in the appeal regarding the licence, submitted under Section 148(1) of the National Water Act, 1998 (Act No. 36 of 1998), should be resolved by the Water Tribunal.
