This document is a legal notice template from a 2009 Government Gazette outlining the procedural requirements for opposing an application, including timelines for notices and affidavits.

• Parties intending to oppose the application must provide a notice of intention to oppose within 15 days of receiving the notice of motion. This notice must specify the address and method for delivering documents; if hand delivery to a physical address is requested, that address must be located within 25km of a Court.
• Following the submission of a notice of intention to oppose, an answering affidavit, if applicable, must be delivered within a further 15-day period.
• In the event that no notice of intention to oppose is filed, the registrar will be asked to schedule the matter for a hearing on a specific date and time.
