DECISION ON APPLICATIONS FOR POSTPONEMENT OF COMPLIANCE TIME-FRAMES FOR MINIMUM AIR QUALITY EMISSION STANDARDS: REQUEST FOR COPIES OF COMPLIANCE ROADMAPS

The Centre for Environmental Rights wrote to the Department of Environmental Affairs on 7 March 2015, requesting copies of compliance roadmaps, decision letters, and the reasoning behind the granting of postponements for minimum air quality emission standards for affected facilities.

• The Centre for Environmental Rights has requested that the Department of Environmental Affairs provide copies of 'compliance roadmaps' for every facility that was granted a postponement of minimum air quality emission standards time-frames, following press references to such roadmaps.
• In addition to the roadmaps, the Centre for Environmental Rights is seeking the reasons for the decisions to grant postponement applications and copies of any outstanding postponement decision letters.
