NATURE CONSERVATION ORDINANCE 8 of 1969

The Nature Conservation Ordinance 8 of 1969 establishes the legal framework for protecting fauna and flora in the Orange Free State. The use of snares, traps, nets, and dogs is prohibited unless a permit is issued or the hunter is the land owner, a relative, or a full-time employee acting on the owner's instructions.
