SUBMISSIONS ON THE APRIL 2021 PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO FINANCIAL PROVISION REGULATIONS, 2015, AS AMENDED

The Centre for Environmental Rights (CER) submitted a formal objection on 20 May 2021 to the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment regarding proposed amendments to the Financial Provision Regulations, 2015.
